Define the damage first
Light pitting, scaling, delamination, deep spalls, and structural movement are not interchangeable. Ask which conditions the proposed repair is designed to address.
Repair and coating must work together
Patch materials need compatible cure, profile, and moisture characteristics for the resin system that follows.
Appearance requires expectations
Repairs may read differently beneath solid colors or decorative chip, especially when the slab continues to move.
The material label is not the complete proposal.
Compare surface preparation, repairs, actual product names, layer sequence, coverage, texture, cure schedule, exclusions, and warranty. A low square-foot figure without those details is difficult to evaluate.
